Built from the Ground Up — Literally
Upsy Daisy Shaft & Safety Services was founded in Easton, PA by tradespeople who'd spent years working in and around buildings — managing elevators, cleaning facilities, and responding to property emergencies. What we kept seeing was the same problem: building owners were juggling four or five different vendors for services that one coordinated contractor could handle better, faster, and cheaper.
So we built that contractor. We started with elevator pit cleaning — one of the most specialized, safety-critical tasks in any building — and we earned our reputation by doing it properly: OSHA-certified, fully documented, no excuses. From there we expanded: water removal, general cleaning, room turnovers, and painting. Every service held to the same standard as our first.
Today we serve housing authorities, hotels, commercial properties, and general contractors across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York. Same founding team. Same standards. A lot more services.
